Kelly Stairs is
a founding partner at Ramey Stairs, APC. Mr. Stairs’ practice incivil litigation focuses on representing
individuals and businesses in construction, real estate, employment, personal
injury and products liability cases. Mr. Stairs also provides
transactional representation for individuals and businesses. Prior to
Ramey Stairs, Mr. Stairs worked at a San
Diego defense firm with a focus in construction defect
matters, landslide litigation, toxic mold and other personal injury claims.
Originally from Washington State, Mr. Stairs received his undergraduate degree
in Construction Management from Washington State University.
Following his interest in the law, Mr. Stairs moved to San Diego to pursue his law degree at Thomas
Jefferson School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Stairs began his
experience at the San Diego Public Defenders office representing defendants in
the courtroom and throughout their case. His particular interests lead
him to a civil litigation firm where worked as a law clerk and began his work
in the areas of law he now practices.
